Piles Treatment
Expert care for hemorrhoids with modern, minimally invasive procedures.
What are Piles?
Piles, also known as hemorrhoids, are swollen veins in the lower rectum and anus. They can be internal (inside the rectum) or external (under the skin around the anus). Common causes include straining during bowel movements, chronic constipation or diarrhea, and pregnancy.
Symptoms
- Bright red blood during or after bowel movements
- Pain or discomfort in the anal area
- Itching or irritation around the anus
- Swelling around the anus
- A lump near the anus
- Leakage of feces
Treatment Options
Conservative Treatment
For mild cases, lifestyle changes and medications may be sufficient:
- • Dietary modifications (high fiber, adequate fluids)
- • Topical treatments (creams, ointments)
- • Sitz baths
- • Over-the-counter pain relievers
Minimally Invasive Procedures
For moderate cases, we offer advanced outpatient procedures:
- • Rubber Band Ligation — cutting off blood supply to hemorrhoids
- • Sclerotherapy — injection of a chemical solution
- • Infrared Coagulation — using heat to shrink hemorrhoids
- • Laser Treatment — precise, less invasive option
Surgical Treatment
For severe cases or when other treatments haven't worked, surgical options include hemorrhoidectomy or stapled hemorrhoidopexy. We carefully evaluate each case to recommend the best approach.
